No room for error...
So, now both Dutch superstars have been sacked from their respective Premier League clubs, it seems that once a club dips into the bottom three of the Premier League then that’s it, you’re done as the manager. Even though Ronald Koeman had a brilliant first season at Everton, he has followed Frank De Boer out the door. A top 7 and a Europa League place allowed for plenty of money to spend for this season, yet the players haven`t gelled and points and goals have been hard to come by. The locals enjoy the top players, but would like their local youth players to be given more chance. Players like Tom Davies have hardly played, so patience has been short from the faithful. Who is next under the managerial guillotine? Fingers are regularly being pointed at Slaven Bilic from West Ham as the ‘Hammers’ still seem to dislike the open spaces at their stadium and are struggling to get any consistency. Who will get the job in Merseyside; Big Sam, Chris Coleman, a manager from a lower league or yet another from overseas? Let’s leave the speculation to the media ,it will be announced soon enough.
